Trillion privacy policy
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Trillion is a private assistant operated by Siddharth Nayyar for his own use. The only Google and Microsoft accounts it connects to are his own.
What Trillion accesses
- Gmail: read-only access to message details (sender, subject, date and a short preview) to find tasks and deadlines. It does not send, delete or change email.
- Google Calendar and Google Tasks: to read his schedule and to add or update his own events and tasks.
- Outlook.com: read-only access to his own mailbox, for the same purpose.
How the data is used and stored
Data is used only to produce summaries, reminders and task updates for the account owner. It is stored on a private server in Google Cloud (Mumbai region) that only the owner can access, with nightly encrypted backups. Messages may be processed by Anthropic's Claude service to understand them.
Sharing
Trillion does not sell, share or transfer data to anyone, and does not use it for advertising. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deletion
The owner can revoke access at any time from his Google or Microsoft account settings, and can delete all stored data by deleting the server.
